  7. Shipping Costs: If we agree to replace an item subject to #2 or #3, we will cover shipping costs associated with the replacement.
  8. Final Sale Items: While we do not specifically mark any items as final sale, all exceptions are handled at our ultimate discretion. We reserve the right to make final decisions on all refund and return requests.
  9. Product Warranty: Our products are backed by a warranty as specified on the invoice provided at the time of purchase. 
  10. Documentation: To support your case, we request that you provide comprehensive documentation, including photos, videos, or other relevant evidence that clearly illustrate the issue.
  11. International Orders: Our refunds and returns policy applies uniformly to all orders, without additional considerations for international shipments.
  12. Products Purchased Second-Hand or Through Third Parties: This policy does not apply to products purchased second-hand or through third parties or distributors. Only products purchased directly from Waylen Allen Limited or our brands, via our official websites are eligible for potential resolution under this policy.
